This is a high‑earning, six‑figure opportunity that combines base salary + strong commissions + performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and work the dealership’s extensive customer database to identify lease maturities and finance renewal opportunities.
• Contact existing clients to review current contracts, present upgrade options, and schedule renewal appointments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service departments to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer experiences.
