Job summary

The Night Shift Leader will provide customers with friendly and professional service. The Leader will provide management and leadership to Department Clerks through coaching and training employees towards maximum execution of the strategy, standards and offering. Actively support an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing
  • Provide customer service to meet customer needs
  • Responsible for supervision of employees on the night shift
  • Schedule, train, coach, and develop night shift employees
  • Manage all facets of store operations during the night shift
  • Ensure department standards are followed and store is ready for business at end of each shift
  • Process and receive grocery orders
  • Merchandise the Grocery Department
  • Perform retail floor maintenance
  • Maintain back shop
  • Ensure all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered
  • Responsible for ensuring that OH&S, food safety, security, and other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained
  • Other duties as required
