As a Leader Methods at Bombardier, reporting to the Methods Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of salaried and unionized employees to support production, integrate manufacturing requirements and objectives, manage change implementation, ensure functional testing, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, and align with the Global Aircraft platform to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
