• 5-10 years’ experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of underground experience.

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Establish and uphold internal work standards.
• Create daily work schedule based on production.
• Review Work Order Feedback for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and motivate staff for high performance.
