Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Previous experience as a swim instructor is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow franchise standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Communicates directly with the Aquatics Director or Manager.
• Engagement with children/swimmers while teaching lessons.
• Conducts monthly in-service meetings and ongoing training for the instructor team.
