Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large open-pit or quarry operations.
• Proven experience managing unionized workforce and salaried supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of aggregate products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quarry or pit operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term quarry/pit plans.
