About The Job

• Research and analyze market landscape, customer behavior, product metrics, and emerging trends to identify and address product gaps.
• Generate innovative ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth and conversions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to write product specifications, evaluate options, and conduct scenario analyses.
• Perform product performance evaluations, monitor key metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Create tracking and testing plans to ensure accurate measurement of product deployments.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate product changes into business impact.
• Lead and manage a team of analysts effectively.

About You

• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, product manager, or programmer in a startup environment.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and Python (preferred), with experience in software development.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong intuition for user behavior.
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills to see initiatives through.
