Qualifications

  • Possess a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, disciplined and efficient in teamwork.
  • Able to obtain the security accreditation to work on governmental projects.

Your day will look like this:
  • Installation, configuration and switching on audio, video, control and electric equipment sold by Solotech
  • Remain up to date and get information on technological and audiovisual products
  • Work closely with the Lead Technician
  • Represent Solotech with clients
  • Coordinate the various craftsmen on the building site
  • Keep the truck’s inventory updated and with sufficient quantities (material and cabling)
  • Ensure that the work is performed according health and safety requirements and existing laws
  • Maintain the tools and the trucks in good condition
  • Read and ensure follow up of technical drawings (schemes, simple drawings, rigging details, etc.)
  • Participate in training sessions regarding new technologies and products.
Your profile:
  • Experience in installation of audiovisual systems
  • Possess a vehicle and a valid driver’s license (Indemnity for kilometers for all projects requiring traveling)
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different situations
  • Autonomous, rigorous, disciplined and efficient in team work
  • Capacity to analyze and resolve different problems
  • Comfortable with a computer and the Windows environment
  • Knowledge of audio systems, lighting, video, control and/or videoconference equipment
  • Able to obtain the security accreditation to work on governmental projects.
