Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Canada is seeking a dynamic and driven Lead, Hospital and Specialty Sales to lead our engagement with hospitals and specialty care providers across English-speaking Canada. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all strategic and operational matters within these segments, playing a vital role in expanding our footprint and delivering meaningful value to stakeholders.
The role will report to Head of Sales, Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, or commercial operations, preferably within hospital or specialty channels.
· Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
· Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving results.
· Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems, especially hospital procurement and specialty product pathways.
