Qualifications

• Strong expertise in electrical systems and reliability testing.
• Experience with root-cause analysis tools like 5 Whys or FMEA.
• Ability to lead technical investigations and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause investigations for electrical product quality issues.
• Design and execute test plans for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve product specifications.

Skills

Experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics

Strong expertise in electrical systems, failure analysis

Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis tools

Experience working with hardware engineering and manufacturing teams

Demonstrated ability to lead technical investigations

Experience with UL, CE, or other electrical compliance standards

Familiarity with PCB-level testing

Previous experience in a fast-paced product manufacturing environment

Education

Degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics
