We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawyer with experience in wills, estates, and corporate transactions to join our growing legal team in Collingwood, ON. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, draft and review legal documents, and ensure clients receive the highest level of professional service and support.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a variety of legal matters, including wills, estates, and corporate law.
  • Prepare and draft contracts, wills, shareholder agreements, corporate minute book documents, and estate planning instruments.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients for business transactions and other legal matters requiring strong advocacy and communication skills.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to interpret laws, precedents, and regulations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage multiple files while maintaining strict attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication.
What You Bring
  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
  • 1–3 years of experience practicing in wills, estates, and corporate law.
  • Notarial certificate preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience handling complex matters with successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
