You are the master of precision—the one who ensures every cut is executed with finesse and accuracy. As a laser machine operator in the metal industry, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process at our client’s facility located in Baie-D’Urfé. Like a modern-day artisan, you will operate the machine with skill and diligence, ensuring the quality and precision of every metal part produced. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency of operations and the overall performance of the production team.

Tasks
  • Start up and ensure the proper operation of Trumpf laser machines (TruLaser 3030, 5030, 3040, Tube 7000).
  • Interpret and utilize technical drawings to guide production.
  • Select the appropriate metals according to project requirements (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.).
  • Adjust cutting parameters based on the materials used.
  • Inspect the accuracy of parts and correct any defects.
  • Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
  • Record production data and report any deviations.
  • Collaborate with technicians to optimize production outcomes.
  • Follow safety procedures throughout all operations.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.
