Overview

Property Services BC is a locally-owned landscaping company that provides quality services to residential and commercial properties in Greater Vancouver. When winter nears we shift gears and focus on snow & ice management. As with all things great, PSBC encourages our team members to take pride in their work and showcase their skills and personalities adding a unique touch. We are looking for an energetic leader with exceptional communication skills who share our passion for horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct landscaping tasks (mowing, irrigation, planting, tree maintenance, spring cleaning, fall preparation)
• Be responsible for the quality and condition of the services provided
• Communicate plans and provide reports to management
• Conduct various snow & ice management tasks (de-icing via salt spreaders, snow removal via plow and shovel)
• Operate landscaping & snow / ice management equipment and vehicles
• Scout the properties and maintain appropriate documentation in a timely manner
• Use various phone applications to complete work orders and gather relevant data regarding the scope of the projects

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the landscaping field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results
• Ability to work in a physically intensive environment in various weather conditions
• Education in Horticulture or Red Seal Certificate preferred
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• CPR & First Aid Certification is an asset
