Job summary

A Calgary-based merchandising company is seeking laborers for a one-week temporary project in Calgary (North Hill). Responsibilities include moving fixtures, stocking shelves, and general labour tasks with a pay rate of $20/hour. Candidates must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and be able to handle heavy lifting. Retail experience is preferred, and CSA-approved safety footwear is required. This opportunity offers a Monday to Friday schedule with the possibility to continue beyond the project dates.

Qualifications

• Retail/Merchandising experience considered an asset.
• Planogram or blueprint comprehension is preferred.
• PPE required: CSA Approved Safety Footwear (to be supplied by candidate).

Labourer - Temporary 1 week project - $20/hour

M30 Retail Services, Inc. is a Calgary-based, forward thinking merchandising company setting the standard for best practices for retail companies across Canada. Our merchandising reps are dedicated and experienced, and our goal is to provide top notch merchandising services for our customers.

We are actively recruiting8 labourer(s) for temporary project in Calgary (North Hill).

You would be setting up store fixtures, moving fixtures, and assisting with merchandising and stocking tasks. If you are carried on to January, the work will turn to only merchandising at that point.

• Rate:$20/ hour-heure+ vacation pay
• Location: Calgary (North Hill)
• Project Dates:March 2nd - 6th 2026
• Availability:Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Moving and Installing store fixtures
• Stocking/merchandising shelves
• Assisting with renovation of store section
• General labour as required
• Physical requirements: Lifting up to 25 kgconsistently, on feet for entire shift

Successful Candidate Qualifications:

• Retail/Merchandisingexperience considered an asset (grocery/hardware is preferred)
• Ability to handle heavy liftingconsistently throughout shift
• Planogram or blue print comprehensionis preferred
• Positive attitude, reliable, good communicator and fluent in English
• PPE required:CSA Approved Safety Footwear / Chaussures de sécurité approuvées par la CSA (You will need to supply this yourself)
• Reliable way to get to the location
