Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory assays and analyses under supervision (e.g., centrifugation, aliquoting, ELISA setups, basic molecular or biochemical techniques depending on study needs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in laboratory logs, study worksheets, and electronic data capture systems.
  • Ensure all lab equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning according to SOPs.
  • Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and all institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking reagent usage.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical coordinators, research nurses, and investigators to ensure seamless study operations.
  • Support quality control activities and participate in audits when required.
