Now Hiring: Kitchen Staff & Front of House (Take-Out) Mona's Roti – Scarborough | Full-Time & Part-Time

Mona's Roti is a busy, fast-paced Caribbean restaurant in Scarborough, known for fresh, flavorful food and friendly service. We're growing our team and looking for dedicated individuals to fill two open positions.

Position 1 — Kitchen Staff / Grill Cook

Duties include:

• Cooking on the grill
• Mixing, handling, and portioning dough
• General kitchen prep and assistance
• Kitchen setup, breakdown, and cleaning
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organization

Hours: Full-time & part-time available

Shifts: Between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Position 2 — Front of House – Take-Out Service Staff

Duties include:

• Setting up the front service area with hot foods and supplies
• Taking customer orders and preparing take-out meals
• Preparing catering orders for large events
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
• End-of-day breakdown and cleaning
• Ordering and restocking supplies as needed

Hours: Full-time & part-time available

Shifts: Between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
