Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Explain product quality, materials, and features; suggest additional items
  • Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support
  • Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers
  • Prepare and present products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience
  • Ensure store and backstore cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor for new products and share top picks with customers
  • Assist customers at the cash register and process transactions
  • Respect and follow head office policies and procedures as explained
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience
  • Passion for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear)
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to listen to needs
  • Proactive and conscientious attitude
  • Wlexibility to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods (availability dependent)
