Job description

As the ServiceNow Analyst you are responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This includes day‑to‑day maintenance, monitoring system health and data quality, and implementing basic configuration tasks such as forms, lists, UI policies, notifications, catalog items, and workflows.

You will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and service owners in translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform stability, performance, and alignment with best practices.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Administers and maintains the ServiceNow platform, including day‑to‑day configuration
  • Configures forms, lists, UI policies, notifications, catalog items, and workflows
  • Monitors platform performance, data quality, and overall system health
  • Participates in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and release management activities
  • Troubleshoots user‑reported issues, defects, and system incidents
  • Triage and route requests and incidents according to SLAs and priority frameworks
  • Collaborates with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Produces system designs, documentation, and performs design analysis
  • Delivers unit‑tested solutions and supports UAT and the ServiceNow end‑user community
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or diploma in Information Services
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on ServiceNow experience
  • Proven experience working with end users, support teams, and business leaders to deliver customer‑focused solutions
  • Strong responsiveness in managing user inquiries, incidents, and requests with clear, timely communication
  • Consistent achievement or exceedance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through effective prioritization
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow best practices
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, features, and upcoming functionality
  • Highly motivated, analytical, and self‑starting individual capable of resolving complex business and technical problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Assets include full‑stack web development experience, ITIL/Service Management knowledge, and a strong interest in ServiceNow administration and development
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid role with in‑office attendance 1 day per week and the flexibility of coming into the office as business needs require
Compensation

$52,800.00 - $72,600.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
