A public educational board in Ontario is seeking a Junior Purchasing Analyst to assist in procurement activities and contract management. Ideal candidates will have a college diploma and a minimum of 2 years related experience. The role emphasizes excellent communication, customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. This temporary position offers a salary between $73,328 - $92,977 and is based in Aurora, Ontario.
Junior Purchasing Analyst (Temporary Position, October 2025 – November 2026). Exempt Level 5. Salary: $73,328 - $92,977.
Under the direction of the Purchasing Services Manager, the Junior Purchasing Analyst will assist the Senior Purchasing Analyst to prepare, coordinate, and execute procurement activities for the Board in accordance with the Board’s purchasing policies, guidelines and procedures. In addition, the Junior Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for contract management and supporting schools with their daily purchasing needs to improve efficiencies and identify cost saving opportunities.
