The role focuses on enhancing digital offer management for banking products and requires 3-5 years of experience in product management. Ideal candidates will possess strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline, operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments. This hybrid position requires 2–3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience delivering high‑impact product or service initiatives.
• Experience leading complex initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, design thinking, and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of initiatives related to an Offer Management Platform.
• Leverage customer insights and data to inform problem definition and solution design.
