Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Lawyer (post-articling, 1-5 years of experience) for our busy litigation practice. The Junior Lawyer will manage and assist with personal injury, insurance defence, and some general litigation files. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for communicating with clients, conducting legal research, drafting, conducting questionings, assisting the Senior Lawyer with case preparation, and attending court.
As we are a small firm with 1 Partner and 5 administrative staff, we are seeking a Junior Lawyer that excels in a collaborative work environment. This is an in-office position (M-F, 9am - 4:30pm) and will occasionally require travel to Lethbridge and other areas in Southern Alberta.
