Position Overview: As a Fashion Designer at The Uniform Atelier, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating fashion collections for a variety of concepts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a meticulous eye for detail, and possesses exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to support the creative and production processes.

Responsibilities
  • Fashion Design: Conceptualize and create fashion collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
  • Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into production.
  • Organization & Workflow Coordination: Maintain organized documentation of design specs, revisions, and project timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects and design phases simultaneously, from ideation through to production handoff.
  • Support calendar management and deadline tracking to ensure timely development and delivery of collections.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance studio efficiency and product consistency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a fashion designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across various projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.
