Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and sales growth.
  • Plan and prepare for seasonal product launches and operational changes.
  • Oversee product ordering to ensure appropriate stock levels and efficiency.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventories and invoicing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Starbucks and Pursuit policies and safety standards.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team in partnership with regional People & Culture.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Be present with the team and guests to gather feedback and drive improvements.
  • Model Pursuit’s core values and best practices to create an inspiring work environment.
Financial Management
  • Adhere to financial forecasts, budgets, and labor targets to meet and exceed goals.
  • Manage payroll, track daily comparisons to revenue and budgets, and analyze performance.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for revenue and quality growth.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Starbucks management experience.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
  • Proficiency in computer systems (MS Office, 7 Shifts, Starbucks Connect, Marketplace).
  • Strong background in staff training, development, and high-volume operations.
  • Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and payroll analysis.
  • Ability to inspire and lead by example, driving quality and performance.
