Overview

Swift Clean handyman is one of the owners of Maintenance. We have been maintaining commercial, industrial, educational, and other locations since 2019. We are expanding and looking for Janitorial Team Leader to join our team and be assigned in Burlington, ON.

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning tasks, including touchpoint disinfection, dusting, sweeping, mopping, auto scrubber / Zamboni operation, moving furniture, and cleaning in all areas (washrooms, offices, common areas, lunchrooms, etc.).
• Empty waste containers; site security, locking up, and setting the alarm.
• Floor maintenance, including stripping and waxing floors (summer time).
• Work with minimal supervision; collaborate with other staff and the supervisor; perform additional tasks as required.

Job Information

• Wage: $18.50-$19.00 per hour (possible wage increase and health benefits after probationary period).
• Available Hours: Janitorial Team Leader — Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
• Location: Burlington, ON
• Start date: ASAP
• Must pass a police background check.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada or have a Canadian work permit.
