A leading quantum computing company in Toronto is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage IT issues, set up equipment, and assist with user onboarding. Expect a dynamic environment requiring strong experience with various operating systems and networking concepts. Your role & responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist at Xanadu, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, front-line technical support across the organization. You'll be involved in day-to-day troubleshooting, setting up new equipment, managing user access, and helping ensure smooth IT operations.
