Job description
Overview

MICM is embarking on a major technology transformation, and we're looking for a highly capable Project Manager / Business Analyst to play a central role in delivering it. This is an opportunity to join a business modernising its platforms, processes and digital foundations - starting with an enterprise‑wide program implementation.

If you're a hybrid PM/BA or strong BA looking to step up, who thrives in complex, business‑wide change, this role is built for you.

The Opportunity

You'll be deeply involved in a major project, working across all facets of the business and bringing them together onto a singular platform. The breakdown of the role will initially be around 60% BA and 40% PM.

  • You’ll gather and translate requirements, map processes, partner with vendors, and support delivery from design through to go‑live.
  • You’ll also grow your PM capabilities with support from experienced leaders across the business.
  • Once the major program is complete, the role evolves; shaped around your strengths and ambitions within alignment of the business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead BA activities across discovery, requirements, process design, user stories and UAT
  • Support project planning, risk management, delivery governance and vendor coordination
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including GMs, to guide decision‑making and drive business value
  • Ensure solutions are operationally ready and smoothly handed over to BAU
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across systems, service operations and customer experience
About you
  • 4+ years managing ideally vendor‑supported implementations
  • 8+ years total experience in projects, technology, or BA roles
  • Strong BA capability: requirements, process mapping, solution shaping
  • Ideally someone with PM/BA experience, will consider a BA ready to step into PM
  • Ideally from a Real Estate, Sales, Retail or FMCG industry background (not essential)
  • Ability to confidently guide and influence executive stakeholders - including GMs
  • Someone solution focused, with a growth mindset who is invested and is thinking bigger picture for the business
