Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the firm
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reporting on variances, and monitoring overall financial performance
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Facilitate meetings, manage project documentation, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Analyze business needs, engage with technical leads to evaluate solution options, and help develop practical recommendations
• Ensure a high level of client service and responsiveness throughout project lifecycles
• Contribute to the continual improvement of project management practices within the IT PMO

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a professional services or legal environment
• Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across practice groups and departments and at all levels
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent is an asset
• Experience managing project budgets, including expense tracking and financial reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to understand and summarize issues and solutions
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet project and stakeholder needs
