Job description

Arobas Personnel is seeking an IT Project Management Technician for a permanent role with one of our clients based in Montreal.

*Remote : Hybrid-Mode*

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Analyze internal IT and business requests.
  • Support the planning, tracking, and closure of IT projects, ensuring alignment with existing standards.
  • Lead and contribute to various initiatives to enhance, automate, and optimize systems and business processes.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to challenge partners and technicians and recommend viable solutions.
  • Draft and maintain documentation and operating procedures.
  • Ensure proper transfer of finalized and documented solutions to operational teams.

What are we looking for?

  • College diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT.
  • Proven track record in delivering small to mid-size projects.
  • Solid technical and conceptual knowledge base.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office tools (MsProject, Visio).
  • Good understanding of Microsoft server environments, virtualization, SAN, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
  • Familiarity with application development is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual: English and French.
  • Curious, eager to learn, detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
