Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Program Manager IV to join our client.

Contract Period

12 Months with potential to extend

Starting from $82 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, track, and manage program budgets, plans, timelines, and scope
  • Manage program resources, including procurement of staff, and provide leadership through motivation, coaching, and guidance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements
  • Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs
  • Define test plans and ensure products are defect‑free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout plans and procedures
  • Prepare and present cost‑benefit analyses to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to systems development and program management best practices
  • Deliver presentations to steering committees and program sponsors
Experience & Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Technical Field
  • 8 to 10 Years of proven Program Management Experience in Technology‑driven environments
  • PMP or PMI Certification (or equivalent professional program management credential)
  • Strong Agile expertise, including Experience working in Scrum or SAFe frameworks
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams
  • Demonstrated success delivering technology and business application solutions in large‑scale, multi‑platform ecosystems
  • Experience with cost‑benefit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for technology programs
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud or similar enterprise CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
  • Exposure to global operations and regulatory compliance in multi‑region deployments
