Role

The Role

We are hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to support day-to-day IT needs and assist with maintaining core systems, including our Microsoft and Citrix environment. This position combines front-line user support with opportunities to take on more advanced infrastructure responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT requests for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity
  • Set up and maintain computers, phones, printers, and related equipment
  • Assist with Citrix environment and virtual desktop support, monitoring, and upgrades
  • Work with external vendors and document solutions to improve IT processes
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Education in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Citrix experience strongly preferred
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Assets

Experience with SQL, Microsoft O365 Exchange, QuickBooks, and Crystal Reports; relevant certifications; and exposure to manufacturing or multi-division environments.
