Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative experiences for mobile applications using your expertise in iOS.
• Engage in technical discussions with peers across teams, leveraging your iOS development experience.
• Explore and learn new technologies beyond your current knowledge base.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and reliability strategies.
• Partner with project management to provide status and performance updates.
• Conduct research to support product development and tool selection.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and serve as an escalation point.
• Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate an Engineering Community of Practice for your products.
• Contribute to automation and management of production systems.
• Review product roadmaps and guide acceptance for production systems.
• Own the reliability and delivery lifecycle of designated production systems.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; extensive relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Seven+ years of engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of iOS, including Swift, SwiftUI, and MVVM architecture.
• Experience with performance tools like Xcode Instruments and Firebase.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in mobile development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and best practices.
• Experience with bug tracking and task management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or shared services domains.
• Leadership and mentorship skills for engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
