We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to support daily inventory and warehouse operations at our Delta facility. Reporting to the Warehouse and Inventory Manager, you will oversee shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
You will work closely with the warehouse, cultivation, processing, and supply chain teams to ensure products move smoothly through the facility and reach customers on time. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production needs, and upholding compliance standards.
The position is based out of our Delta location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide direction to the inventory and warehousing team
- Ensure the warehouse is staffed adequately, people are engaged and motivated to deliver our mission
- Customer Order shipment & execution - ensure all outgoing orders are picked, checked, packed and shipped in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
- Receive shipments, unload, organize, sort inventory into designated area, and process all related documentation
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments with courier for deliveries and round-trip processing
- Perform biweekly and monthly inventory counts for designated areas, targeting to achieve 100% accuracy for both biomass and consumables
- Oversee/organize storage of products throughout designated areas, ensuring 100% picking and storage accuracy
- Conduct and reconcile scheduled cycle counts
- Lead and coordinate quarterly and annual inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe and professional warehouse and warehouse operations at all time
- Implement Workplace Transport throughout facility
- Act as 5S Champion for designated areas
- Ensuring that all mobile & operating equipment is in good working order and reporting any deficiencies to management immediately
- Recommend and implement improvements to the warehouse and day to day operations
- Collaborates with all employees to identify and correct potential safety and health hazards. Regularly communication policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required by the Manager, Inventory and Warehouse
Requirements
- Experience leading warehouse or inventory teams
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, order entry, picking, packing, and courier coordination
- Ability to conduct biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Skilled in cycle counting and maintaining high inventory accuracy for biomass, consumables, and finished goods
- Proficient in Microsoft office mainly in Excel and Word.
- Able to organize storage areas and maintain accurate labeling and placement
- Strong documentation and record keeping for all inbound and outbound activity
- Familiarity with 5S and Workplace Transport programs
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
- Able to monitor warehouse equipment, identify issues, and report deficiencies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
