Job summary

A leading Canadian firm is seeking an Intermediate Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate inventory records and assist with strategic initiatives. The role involves verifying inactive materials, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in ERP systems being a plus. This position requires travel to Northern Saskatchewan and Ontario for inventory reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the Inventory rationalization process.
  • Verify inactive materials and identify duplicates.
  • Prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the Materials Management group.
  • Travel to Northern Saskatchewan and Ontario sites for inventory reviews.
