What you need to succeed :

• Minimum of 3 years experience building enterprise-grade or web-scale software using Java and Open Source technologies
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada for at least 5 years, with current status as Permanent Resident or Citizen (security clearance requirement)
• Post-secondary diploma or degree, or relevant work experience in business, technology, or related fields
• Strong conceptualization skills and ability to translate ideas into high-quality code
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with IDE tools like Eclipse / IntelliJ, and database tools like PL-SQL Developer
• Working knowledge of version control tools like Github
• Experience in requirement analysis, design, and code reviews, focusing on security, reliability, and performance
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Security Clearance Requirement : In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will need Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date, which includes fingerprinting, criminal record check, credit check, and residence in Canada for at least 5 years with Permanent Resident or Citizenship status.
