We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead to join the Integration Platforms Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of DevSecOps enablement and production operations, with accountability for designing and implementing robust pipelines, driving operational excellence, and leading production monitoring, support, and troubleshooting across our integration landscape.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep experience in Azure‑based integration platforms, production support, and DevSecOps practices, who can both design solutions and lead teams through complex operational challenges.
This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at Vancity head office. Our head office is based in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on‑site for events and business demands when needed.
What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $113,100 to $140,000 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
