Location: St. Louis preferred (Remote considered for top candidates)

The ideal candidate: Deep expertise in Workato. Highly skilled and motivated team-player. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect various business systems and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient, and secure automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end integration workflows using Workato, including connectors, recipes, and custom APIs.
• Optimize and maintain existing integrations to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for integration architecture and automation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows for internal knowledge sharing.
• Train and support internal teams on Workato capabilities and usage.

Qualifications

• As Integration Solutions Consultant, you bring with you:
• Proven experience with Workato, including building complex recipes, using Workato connectors, and managing Workato environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and others.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and error handling in integration scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Key qualifications:
• Workato Automation Pro certification(s).
• Experience with other iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier) is a plus.
• Background in business process automation or digital transformation initiatives.
