The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for one (1) 3D Integration Installer (f/m) to join our Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS) team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with many departments and suppliers involved in the development of A220 aircraft.

You will be part of the Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS) team responsible for developing the majority of the electrical wiring for the A220 program, on a installation (3D) & functional (2D) standpoint.

The team organization is established to promote cross‑collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as 3D EWIS Installation Integrator will be to be responsible for the detailed 3D design and integration of wiring harnesses, supporting a range of projects from conceptualization to final implementation.

Your challenges

• Provide 3D design expertise for EWIS, including the creation and modification of complex wiring harness installations using CATIA V5 or 3DX (V6).
• Perform detailed 3D modelling and routing of harnesses, ensuring proper fit, form and function within aircraft assemblies.
• Utilise CATIA's wire harness and electrical workbench functionalities to route and bundle cables, and perform automated design checks.
• Conduct clash detection and interference analysis to ensure seamless integration of EWIS components with other aircraft systems.
• Manage and maintain design data within the Enovia PLM system, including version control, BOM management and workflow processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with all technical requirements.

Your boarding pass

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on 3D EWIS design.
• You are very familiar with CATIA for 3D conceptualisation and detailed design of wiring harnesses.
• You possess a strong working knowledge of Enovia for product data management and collaboration.
• You have general knowledge of wiring diagrams, system schematics and EMI/EMC principles.
• You are familiar with EWIS regulations (e.g., FAR) and design standards.
• You are well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple design tasks efficiently.
• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient with MS Office.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Systèmes d’Interconnexion de Câblage Électrique (EWIS) qui développe la majorité du câblage électrique de l’avion A220, d’un point de vue installation (3D) et fonctionnel (2D).

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu’intégrateur Installation 3D du système EWIS sera d’être responsable de la conception 3D détaillée et de l’intégration des faisceaux de câbles, en soutenant une variété de projets, de la conceptualisation à la mise en œuvre finale.

Vos défis

• Fournir une expertise 3D en conception EWIS, incluant la création et la modification d'installations complexes de faisceaux de câbles en utilisant CATIA V5 ou 3DX (V6).
• Effectuer la modélisation 3D détaillée et le routage des faisceaux, en garantissant l'ajustement, la forme et la fonction appropriés au sein des assemblages d'aéronefs.
• Utiliser les fonctionnalités de l'atelier de câblage électrique de CATIA pour router et regrouper les câbles, et effectuer des vérifications de conception automatisées.
• Mener des détections de conflits et des analyses d'interférence pour assurer une intégration parfaite des composants EWIS avec les autres systèmes de l'avion.
• Gérer et maintenir les données de conception au sein du système PLM Enovia, incluant le contrôle des versions, la gestion de la nomenclature (BOM) et les processus de flux de travail.
• Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de fabrication et de qualité pour garantir la faisabilité de la conception et la conformité à toutes les exigences techniques.

Votre profil

• Vous possédez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie aérospatiale, avec une spécialisation en conception 3D EWIS.
• Vous êtes très familier avec CATIA pour la conceptualisation 3D et la conception détaillée de faisceaux de câbles.
• Vous avez une solide connaissance pratique d'Enovia pour la gestion des données de produit et la collaboration.
• Vous avez des connaissances générales des schémas de câblage, des schémas de systèmes et des principes EMI / EMC.
