Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field required.
  • CWEL, CERAP, and CANS certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Experience providing collaborative, strength-based services preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a reduced caseload of families post child abuse or neglect investigation.
  • Complete agency's Intact Family Services Training Series.
  • Assess strengths and supportive systems of family members.
  • Develop service plans and coordinate community resources.
  • Prepare court reports and testify in court as necessary.
