Requirements

• Level 1 General Insurance License
• 6 months of previous insurance experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience

A Day in the Life

• Be a part of the team that services over 100000 auto clients within the Greater Vancouver region.
• You\'ll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in Burnaby.
• Whether it\'s over the phone through email or even our text messaging program you\'ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs.
• Our hours of operations are Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed Sundays.
