CONTACT CENTER - INSURANCE ADVISOR

Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high-volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, who like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
  • Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
  • Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
  • Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers’ transactions
  • Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
  • Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call and customers’ priorities
The value you bring
  • Level 2 General Insurance License required
  • 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, demonstrated passion for exemplary customer service
  • Professional experience building rapport with customers over the phone and through email
  • Previous Insurance or Call Centre experience is an asset

Location: Victoria, BC or Remote in BC with appropriate Licensing

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week

  • Mon-Fri 7am-7pm PST
  • Saturdays 9am-5pm PST

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
