A leading Canadian insurance provider is seeking a Contact Center Insurance Advisor. In this role, you'll manage call queues, address customer inquiries, and optimize sales opportunities. Ideal candidates should possess a Level 2 General Insurance License and have 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role. The position offers full-time hours with a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000.

CONTACT CENTER - INSURANCE ADVISOR
Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high-volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, who like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.
Location: Victoria, BC or Remote in BC with appropriate Licensing
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
