**Job Summary:**

Our installation technicians enjoy year-round employment and diverse work. They work at different locations daily, with a team of 2-3 installers, servicing residential and commercial buildings.

**Responsibilities:**

• Install foam insulation in existing home walls.
• Install fiberglass or batt insulation in Attics, Crawl-Spaces, or other areas.
• Install ventilation and peripheral products.
• Perform service calls as directed.

**Qualifications:**

• Passion for helping others
• Positive attitude and proactive approach
• Preference for outdoor work
• Respect for customer property
• No prior insulation experience required (preferred but not necessary)
• Knowledge of siding, home building tools, drills, pumps, and hand tools
• Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
