What will you do :

• Rotate through the warehouse, counter, and inside sales job roles
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentoring meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Complete all learning elements (eLearning & hands-on)
• Focus on sales process, product knowledge, leadership development, and related topics, aligning to our business
• Job shadow with salespeople and subject matter experts

What will you bring :

• Post Secondary Diploma / Degree in a relevant discipline : Business (Supply Chain / Commerce / Marketing), Trades (Plumbing / HVAC / Construction), Humanities (Psychology / Sociology)

• Sales experience such as retail or wholesale considered an asset
• Any second language, not required, but an asset

• Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
