• Registered with the NSCN

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent patient care within the full LPN scope of practice.
• Assess patient needs in collaboration with the patient and significant others.
• Ensure therapeutic interventions are carried out.

Strong current physical and psychosocial assessment skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Commitment to care planning/discharge planning

Ability to work in a self-directed environment
