Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Adept at working on a team and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under the supervision of senior engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and monitor all project phases, including managing workers, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Design and develop power system infrastructures in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Supervise system and equipment installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
  • Coordinate the in-house engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations for electrical installations and equipment.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency and that requirements are met.
  • Track and manage the project budget by monitoring costs and controlling expenses.
  • Resolve technical and logistical issues encountered during the various project phases.

Our new office in Jonquière is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented electrical engineering graduate (CEP) to join our team. While working at this dynamic office, you’ll be supported by experts from larger offices while enjoying a peaceful and pleasant work environment. You'll work on projects that are both local and spread across Québec and Canada. We train and support our engineers so they can excel and rank among the best in Canada. You’ll work closely with other team members to design and develop innovative and high-quality industrial power systems. Our firm is focused on collegiality, skill diversification and employee well-being.

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate candidate to help with the growth and success of our new Jonquière office.
