Job summary

A leading entertainment company is looking for a Technical Specialist in Vancouver. This hybrid role requires maintaining the training environment and supporting technical tools, including Confluence. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 1 year of relevant experience, and skills in Linux, scripting languages, and project support. The salary range is C$59,900 to C$76,600 annually based on a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree plus 1 year of related experience.
• Familiarity with film production/post production and computer graphics.
• Proven knowledge of and experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Confluence, ILM’s content management system.
• Maintain resources and standards for Training.
• Ensure training directories are up-to-date with current generics.
• Support Studio Talent Group team with projects as needed.
