Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of facility management experience, with at least 5 years at the supervisory or management level.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement processes and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Facility Service Managers assigned to various accounts.
• Foster relationships with BGIS client directors to ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements.
• Drive team engagement to ensure achievement of all requirements and service level agreements.
