Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive merchandising experience including 2+ years in leadership with direct reports.
Experience leading seasonal product calendars.
Mastery of retail math (margins, GMROI, sell-through analysis).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of merchandising operations.
Own end-to-end seasonal execution across categories.
Manage pricing approval processes and ensure accurate and timely system uploads.
