Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Compensation: $35-$45/hour + Benefits

As a result they are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking to add an experienced HVAC Technician to their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of equipment and promote all various HVAC options
• Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer
• Promote products and services on every call
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of HVAC service or install experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters including tankless heaters
• Must have a Gas Technician or Sheet Metal license
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstract
• Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
