Job description
We are looking to Hire 1 or 2 HVAC Service Technicians

on behalf of a fast-growing, Canadian-owned mechanical contracting company that specializes in cutting-edge commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

Must have their 313A and License G1 or G2

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner on every call
  • Read, interpret, and maintain technical drawings and system specs
  • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC/R systems including: refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers and walk-in chillers
  • Condensers, chillers, compressors, boilers and hard water tanks
  • Install and service motors, valves, pumps, thermostats, piping, and fittings
  • Overhaul refrigeration/heating systems; repair or replace worn/faulty components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and 24/7 emergency service when required
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, TSSA, and environmental regulations
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices and share technical expertise
  • Keep current on industry regulations, tech advancements, and best practices
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Follow all company policies and contribute to a safe, respectful jobsite
  • Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • Gas Fitter 1 or 2 License (required)
  • Ozone Depletion Prevention Card O.D.P. (Required)
  • 5+ years HVAC/R service experience in commercial or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with low temp refrigeration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Strong communicator with customer-facing confidence
  • Valid Ontario drivers license with clean abstract
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a service team
