Movable Ink scales content personalization for marketers through data-activated content generation and AI decisioning. Responsibilities
  • Own and improve core HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, annual performance reviews, employee lifecycle changes, leaves of absence, and job changes, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Administer People systems by maintaining data integrity, managing system configuration, and supporting integrations across HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in partnership with People team members and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and support the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Information Security teams to support compliance, system alignment, and data security across People operations.
  • Create, maintain, and scale documentation for HR processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee data to support accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Design and deliver People reporting and analytics, including dashboards and summaries that surface workforce trends and support informed decision-making.
  • Support payroll administration to help ensure continuity, accuracy, and compliance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a related People Operations role
  • Experience administering HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, ChartHop, or similar systems
  • Experience using People data and reporting to support operational decisions and process improvements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience supporting global People operations, including employee data management, system integrations, and reporting
  • Experience handling confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
  • Experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve HR processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
